Types of Delivery
DPD
DPD will deliver the parcel throughout Czech Republic within the second working day after picking it up from the sender. The recipient will be notified of the delivery in advance by e-mail or SMS. Thanks to a unique 14-digit code, you can track the progress of your delivery.
SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
- For shipments with a price of less than €100 the shipping cost is from €7 to €15, depending on the country of delivery.
- Shipping is free for purchases starting on €100.
- Cash on delivery is not possible outside Czech Republic.
SHIPPING WITHIN CZECH REPUBLIC
- For shipments of less than CZK3,000, the shipping cost is CZK130.
- For purchases over CZK3,000, shipping is free.
- In case of purchase on cash on delivery, the delivery fee is CZK39.
PPL/DHL
The shipping company PPL delivers the goods in Czech Republic usually within 24 hours from the time of pick up at the dealer. The courier will contact the recipient before delivery to confirm delivery. Abroad, PPL hands over the parcel to DHL who will contact the recipient regarding delivery.

- For shipments with a price of less than €100 the shipping cost is from €5 to €16, depending on the country of delivery.
- Shipping is free for purchases starting on €100.
- Cash on delivery is not possible outside Czech Republic.
SHIPPING WITHIN CZECH REPUBLIC
- For shipments of less than CZK3,000, the shipping cost is CZK120.
- For purchases over CZK3,000, shipping is free.
- In case of purchase on cash on delivery, the delivery fee is CZK49.
TOPTRANS
TOPTRANS delivers shipments throughout Czech Republic within 24 hours. The courier will contact the recipient before delivery to confirm the delivery. The transport company delivers parcels within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, for other countries please choose an alternative method of transport.

- For shipments with a price below €100 the shipping cost is €6,60.
- Shipping is free for purchases starting on €100.
- Purchase on cash on delivery is not possible outside Czech Republic.
SHIPPING WITHIN CZECH REPUBLIC
- For shipments of less than CZK3,000, the shipping cost is CZK120.
- For purchases over CZK3,000, shipping is free.
- In case of purchase on cash on delivery, the delivery fee is CZK49.
Payment methods
- Online payment via PayPal payment gateway.
- Online payment via GoPay payment gateway.
- Payment by bank transfer (This method of payment may delay the dispatch of your shipment due to longer processing of the payment by the bank.)
- Payment by cash on delivery (This method is only available for some shipping methods.)
